am currently a Ph.D. candidate, main topic software engineering (supervised
by Prof. Paulo Borba). I am part
of the Software Productivity Group.
My research interests include refactoring,
software evolution, modeling, MDA and formal methods.
I acquired a M.Sc. degree from this same institution,
in 2001. Before applying for PhD, I went through a 14-month internship at IBM,
Silicon Valley
Laboratory, California (USA), working in state-of-the-art technologies for
data integration
and Java development.
