the products in the line should have a way to integrate its itinerary processing work-flow with those of the airlines, hotels and car rental companies. In other words, a service responsible for the airline reservations, for example, should access a service registry in order to identify the airline business partners available for each specific product. However, each business partner must externalize its services, and these services must be registered in the service registry of a product. The basic process is illustrated in the following Figure.
