The Rational Administrator centralizes the management of
an Administrator project, and manages the association of Rational
product datastores and the users and groups for Rational Test. You
use Administrator to create a project, connect to a project, create a Test
datastore, create an integration between test products and Rational
RequisitePro, create an integrated Rational ClearQuest database, and
convert previous versions of the repository to the new project.
