-- Risk identification using Case-based Reasoning --

CBR Risk is a tool designed to help project's managers in Risk Identification process.
It was built in the premise that similar software projects have also similar risks,
and provides a new Risk Identification method. Using past experience information,
similar projects (and the risks associated) may be identified through calculations
using attributes and values based on some project features.

The main functionalities of the CBR Risk are:

  - Insert and show Project Types: The Project Type attribute values are inserted and visualized by the system's  user.

  - Insert and show Project Technology: The Project Technology attribute values are inserted and visualized by the  system's user.

  - Insert and show Risks: Allow the user to store information about risks in the database.

  - Edit Weights: The system's user can define values to the attribute weights to improve the system accuracy in  its organization.

  - Store New Case: In the firs step the user provides information about a past software project, inserting attribute  values. In the second step this project is associated to risks as long as information about these risks in the  project context.

  - Identify Risks for a New Project: Its the main system functionality where the CBR model is implemented to  identify similar projects using the similarity computation engine.
