Objectives

The Computer Networks and Distributed Systems Research Group is primarily concerned  in improving both the scientific and technologic knowledge  on computer networks and distributed systems. 

Research Interests

• formal development of distributed applications,
• dynamic reconfiguration of distributed applications,
• multimedia distributed applications, and
• software environment for supporting distributed applications, namely middlewares.

Historical

The REDIS was founded 22 years ago, which means that it is one of oldest research group currently in activity in our country.
