I am currently
a Ph.D. candidate, main topic software engineering (supervised by Prof. Augusto Sampaio). I am
part of the LinES
Group. My research interests include software evolution,
component-based software engineering, modeling, MDA and formal methods.
I
acquired a M.Sc. degree from
this same institution with the master
thesis“Rigorous
Development with UML-RT”, in 2005. Before applying for PhD, I
did a
9-month fellowship at UNU-IIT,
part of United Nations, in Macau (China). My primary research interest
at
UNU-IIST was in problems concerning coordination of rCOS components. My
supervisor at
UNU-IIST was Prof. Zhiming Liu.
In the end of 2006, I did a 4-month internship at the Triskell research team (IRISA/INRIA)
in Rennes (Britanny/France), under the advise of Jean-Marc Jézéquel and Olivier Barais. The theme of my internship was on Model-Pattern Matching.
