WER'07 is the tenth edition of the Workshop on Requirements Engineering series. The workshop started as a meeting of the Ibero American requirements engineering community, but over the years has attracted attention of researchers from other parts of the world as well. In 2007, WER will take place in Toronto, Canada for the first time in North America.
