CSBC 2015
Member of the Organizing Committee of the largest conference promoted by Sociedade Brasileira de Computacao (SBC), entitled Congresso da Sociedade Brasileira de Computacão (CSBC), which will be held in Recife in 2015.

SBRC 2013
Member of the Local Organizing Committee of the most important conference on Computer Networks and Distributed Systems of Brazil, Simposio Brasileiro de Redes de Computadores e Sistemas Distribuidos (SBRC), held in Brasilia, Brazil, from 06 to 10 May, 2013.

Stanford and Denmark Workshop on Photonic Technologies for Access and Interconnects 2010
Member of the Steering Committee of the Workshop on Advancing the Development of Photonic Technologies for Access and Interconnects, held at Stanford University in 2010. It was the first edition of this joint workshop between US and Danish experts in those research areas. The success of the first edition fostered the realization of this workshop in the subsequent years.
